Remember that adjectives that describe nouns that are masculine will end in o and adjectives that describe adjectives that are feminine end in a.
If the adjective ends in an e it is for both genders.
If an adjective ends in r like trabajador it is masculine and to make it feminine you need to add an a.
Some words are Special and don't follow this rule some examples are
- el agua
- la mano
- el mapa
- el dÍa
